These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and Budget Bliss, LLC. By using https://budgetbliss.io, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Accepting these terms is a separate matter from consenting to receive text messages. Ticking the consent box on the get text alerts page is optional, is never bundled with these terms, and is never a condition of buying anything.
What Budget Bliss is, and is not
We publish general educational information about Medicare and, for people who ask for it, send text alerts in the categories listed in our TCPA Policy. Where a decision calls for a licensed professional, we say so and refer you out rather than attempting to advise you ourselves.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred US dollars in the aggregate.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Budget Bliss, LLC harmless from claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your submission of a mobile number you were not authorised to provide.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any action relating to them must be brought in the state or federal courts serving Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and TCPA Policy are part of these terms. If a provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
